Q. What are the age qualifications for living
at Solera at Stallion Mountain?
A. The by-laws for Solera at Stallion Mountain Homeowners Association
require that residences must have one owner/occupant at least 55 years
old (a limited number of residents may be younger). No one person under
the age of 19 may live permanently in Solera. Of course, persons under
the age of 19 may stay as a guest. However, such guests are not
permitted to stay more than 60 days in any consecutive 12-month period.
Q. What kind of recreation will there be?
A. Solera at Stallion Mountain will offer residents resort-style
amenities. Plans call for the creation of an inviting community
recreation center where you can readily enjoy a variety of pastimes and
new interests. Planned amenities include a pool, spa, fitness center,
tennis and bocce courts, club and hobby rooms and gathering areas. More
importantly, the community center is where neighbors share their
interests, socialize and enjoy the simple pleasures of life at Solera at
Stallion Mountain.
Q. Is Solera at Stallion Mountain a gated community?
A. Yes, the main entrance into Solera is gated. Solera is also part of
the larger Stallion Mountain Country Club, a 24-hour, guard gated
community.
Q. Are pets permitted at Solera at Stallion Mountain?
A. Yes, pets are welcome, but certain restrictions and requirements will
apply in the common areas of the community.
Q. Is there golf at Solera at Stallion Mountain?
A. Membership is available through the Stallion Mountain Country Club, a
privately-owned golf club that is not affiliated with Solera or Del
Webb. Golf and social memberships are available to homeowners at Solera,
but are not included with a home purchase. Please talk with a sales
associate for more details.
Q. Are there rules about children visiting?
A. Yes. Children and grandchildren are always welcome to visit. However,
there are length of stay rules that apply. And there are no permanent
residents under age 19.
